Product Application:
Vibration Transducer widely used in measuring the mechanical structure and components of the shock and vibration, to ensure the vibration measurement results with the necessary accuracy and reliability, ensure that all sensors have uniform standards of measurement, according to the national metrological verification regulations, on the vibration sensor to regular calibration; therefore, vibration transducer calibration is a very important work.
The Vibration Transducer Calibration System is composed of vibration controller, shaker, computer, reference transducer and calibrated transducer. The configuration of Vibration Transducer Calibration System is shown in Figure 1-1.
Principles Instruction:
The calibration method of vibration sensor is two kinds of absolute method and relative method. The absolute calibration method is the basic unit and the method to determine the sensitivity of the sensor. This method is more complex, higher requirements for equipment. Compared method, also known as back-to-back method is measured (STD) back to back (UUT) and standard sensors installed together, both of which are under the same excitation amplitude, the electrical output ratio is the ratio of the sensitivity to the two test results compared to those obtained in the sensor's sensitivity to be measured. The key requirement of the comparison method is that the sensitivity of the standard sensor is higher. The method is divided into simple comparison calibration, back-to-back substitution back-to-back comparison calibration two.
